Thank you for taking this interview! How has the New Year been for you so far as an artist? It’s actually been great so far. I want to go so much further, but looking at it from a growth point of view, and from the point of view that I’m an up-and-coming artist, this year has been dope growth-wise. I’ve sung to a lot more streamers and celebrities, I’ve blown up on TikTok a couple of times hitting 1.7 million views on 1 of my tiktoks. I’ve hit 10k on Youtube, 40k on Tiktok, 1.6k on Spotify, 5.7k on Instagram and more. Can you tell us how you've transformed from the beginning to now as an artist?
I definitely make better music now, I've definitely gotten better at singing, I’ve grown a lot as a person, and artist, and I’m definitely more knowledgeable now. How did you come up with your latest project?
Bite Me is a crazy song that was originally a demo created by my very talented friends Kenickie & GrayyTheColor. This demo was sent to me & I added my LostsOfficial spin on it and now here we are! Where are you from originally?
I’m From India but I would say I’m from Canada because I’ve never lived there. Where do you live now?
I live in Toronto, in Canada. Do you think where you live impacts how your music is made?
Yes for sure. Everyone here makes rap music & a lot of it sounds the same, autotune, new age. I think that’s what makes me different, my music is not that, I’m versatile and make Pop, RnB, EDM & more!!! What was the inspiration to make music your career?
I’ve always wanted to be a musician since I was young. Seeing Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes, and more impacting people with their music, and them singing to massive crowds really made me love the whole thing, and made me want to do what they do too! How do you want to shape your career?
I want to be an international superstar. Someone that everyone knows and recognizes, but also someone who’s insanely down to earth and just as normal as everyone. My biggest strength as an artist is definitely always replying to comments, DMS, and everything else, and I will never stop doing that, no matter how big I get. Do you work on a tight timeline always or do you go with the flow when it comes to your music?
I like having a schedule, and I usually try to follow it as best as I can. Most of the time though it comes crashing down to other aspects of the release. How did your latest title of your music come to be?
The title was created by Kenickie and Gray when they first made the demo! Is it hard to let go of the music when it is done?
It’s funny I was thinking about this today, I’m kinda sad in a way that Bite Me dropped, it was like my little safeguarded baby that no one had. Only I had the ability to share it and perform it and everything, but at the same time I’m happy I dropped it because I do want people to listen and love it. I want everyone to know all the lyrics and sing it and just overall love it.
Do you feel an emotional attachment to your music?
Of course, especially my song “Yes Or No” because that song is actually about a real-life experience of mine. I have an attachment to all my music though, and I feel like I think a lot of my music isn’t about my experiences at the moment, but afterward, I realise I was subconsciously thinking of experiences while I was writing. How would you describe your music in one word to someone who hasn't listened to it yet?
Unbelievable. Once you listen you’ll be hooked and you won’t believe what you're listening to. Where do they go to listen NOW?
LostsOfficial on all platforms!!! What has been the best fan reaction to your music?
Not a fan reaction, but Jidion definitely had the best reaction to my Calling My Phone Remix & to Bite Me. Is there anything exciting coming up for you?
Not necessarily just dropping new music! Are you performing the song anywhere LIVE?
This type of stuff is usually spontaneous, but no in real-life concerts. Give us all your socials and links so fans can link up with you!
