Founded in 2003 by guitarist TONI KERNEL, the band was finalist and winner in several national contests, launched in 2005 its first LP «ENGEL DER NACHT». Two years later, after numerous changes in the members of the band, LADY MARIANN joined as the new vocalist, who brought sensuality and new nuances to the voices of PSIDERALICA. In 2010, PSIDERALICA released their second album “NEOPHOBIA?”. December 2014, SILVIA PANIC, with her toxic bass, joined PSIDERALICA. In 2016 PSIDERALICA released the third album «TRINITITE», and at present the band is preparing what will be their fourth album.
PSIDERALICA has performed live shows on the main Spanish cities, festivals in UK (London, Bristol), France (Toulouse), Germany (Dusseldorf), Malta (VOTS 2017, Dark Malta Fest 2019), Italy (Torino, Vercelli), Belgium (Peer, Balen), Netherlands, Festival Costa De Fuego (with artists like Guns n ‘Roses, Marilyn Manson, Lacuna Coil, Paradise Lost, Nightwish, InFlames…), etc. Costa de Fuego: “Bands like Psideralica escape all rules. They hit you from different angles. It’s not your typical Goth, or industrial, or dance group. Waves of synths and electric guitars intertwine with the voice of Lady Marian, capable of crossing Madonna with Rammstein. Undoubtedly Psideralica’s forte is the stage since their music, after all, is dance music and there’s no better way to listen to their most recent album Neophobia, which has received good critics all over the world, than live.”

Thank you for taking this interview! How has the New Year been for you so far as an artist?
Thank you for the opportunity to make us known!
Like many other bands, 2022 is the restart of live PSIDERALICA activity after the hard break by the pandemic. During the lockdown we took the opportunity to finish the fourth album of the band, and in 2022 we are preparing its live presentation. We have presented two singles and after summer we will present a third single and the full album.
Can you tell us how you've transformed from the beginning to now as an artist?
Since 2003 the musical style of PSIDERALICA has evolved step by step, adapting to its components and vice versa. The style of the songs from the last album has resulted in a greater prominence of electronic bases, so currently PSIDERALICA does not use drums in live performances.
How did you come up with your latest project?
The first single that we have released "NOT MY PLAN" could be considered an anti tribute to the song "Love me tender" by Elvis. It tells the story of a relationship in which one party seeks something sentimental and lasting, and the other only an object for vice. Thanks to Hades Management, we have the collaboration with the voices of ERIC13 (https://www.facebook.com/eric13music/), an American musician who currently combines his solo career with the guitarist of the industrial band COMBICHRIST (https://linktr.ee/combichristofficial).
The second single "SEXOMNIA", is the first song in Spanish by PSIDERALICA in all its discography. The song has collaborated with the singer CARLOS ESCOBEDO of the famous Spanish alternative rock band SÔBER (https://www.soberband.com/).

We are from Mallorca island (Spain)
Where do you live now?
In Mallorca. It's difficult to find a better place... hahahahah
Do you think where you live impacts how your music is made?
Not at all!! Mallorca is a Mediterranean island with sunny weather and large influx of tourists. If it influenced us we would be making music for hotels! ;-) Experiences influence us more than the place.
What was the inspiration to make music your career?
Music is something we have always carried inside and we will always carry.
How do you want to shape your career?
There is only one way to shape a career... work, work and work. If we are able to work hard, the career will take shape.
Do you work on a tight timeline always or do you go with the flow when it comes to your music?
To compose and record our music we do not have timelines, it flows. Although it flows very step by step... ;-)
Is it hard to let go of the music when it is done?
When you produce your own music, the songs are never finished, you always find something that you consider can be improved, although normally only you are able to appreciate it... therefore there comes a time that the song must be abandoned!!
Do you feel an emotional attachment with your music?
Of course, the songs are small parts of us and there is always some link. And especially the songs that are inspired by personal experiences.
How would you describe your music in one word to someone who hasn't listened to it yet?
