Where are you located now and where are you originally from?

I actually just relocated to Kansas- as that is where my family life has taken me. I am originally  from Frankfort, MI- but I have lived in Los Angeles and Nashville!  Who has been your greatest influence? I’m honestly influenced by many great artists but I would say the artists that made me want to sing at first was Colbie Caillat- she had such a relaxed style and vibe that it made me feel more comfortable in my own voice. She is an incredibly songwriter and really doesn’t have to try to be anything but herself- which I admire.  What is your latest and greatest? I don’t know about greatest- because all of my projects hold some sort of value to me- but I my most recent was a collaboration with Sal Oliveri, as he produced my most recent single “My Pride”

What are you most looking forward to in 2021? Honestly? Freedom from election year. 2020 was a good year for my family, we have had far worse years - so I’m not going to wish it away on a 2021 promise lol

What would you say to your younger self if you could?  Just go for it- it doesn’t matter either way. ( sounds depressing but it’s more of an unimpressed with material things and opinions perspective).

On a scale from ONE to TEN, how driven are you? TEN- I’m a bit hyper-focused actually. BUT sometimes I get choice-paralysis because I’m trying to formulate the perfect plan- which doesn’t exist by the way.

How much do you believe LUCK plays a role in success?  I believe you can be the most talented, hardest working musician in the world, but it will take luck yo make you “famous”. Just take a walk down the streets of Nashville and listen in any of the bars- those musicians are absolutely refined talent- yet they are missing just one thing: the right person seeing them perform? The right look? The right amount of money?

Those all involve luck to some Extent- you can certainly buy yourself good looks, a performance in front of the right people, and even a music career- but having the money to do that AND being talented I think IS pure luck since time is not a commodity.

How can we stay up to date with you? You can follow my Facebook page “Hannah Rae Beale”-

That’s where I post most of my updates!
