Who have been your greatest Style Icons?
I really have two style icons - one who is timeless and one who has come to be over the past few years. My first is Audrey Hepburn, and it probably has a lot to do with the fact that my step-dad has always said that I resemble her. I love a classic bun and a giant pair of black sunglasses, and I truly believe that her style is timeless; what she wore in 60's, we are still bringing back today. Nowadays, I love Melissa Gorga. She is not only super stylish, but she started a boutique to show her daughter how to be a successful woman in something she loves. I am continuously impressed by both her style and her conviction.
Top two Shopping Spots?
I am OBSESSED with Nordstrom and all things Sephora. I truly believe that I am a professional shopper, and I am always adding shoes and tops to my wish list. However - I think an incredible outfit is nothing without great skin! I just flew back from Mexico a couple weeks ago and I did a facemask on the plane. You have to look good and feel good - so get that glow!
Most comfortable piece of clothing you own?
My Rag and Bone skinny jeans. They feel like butter on my skin, I swear.
The one thing in your closet you can't live without?
My Bob's for Skechers Luxe flats. They are so comfortable and everyone asks me where I got them, because they are covered in gorgeous rhinestones!
Any fashion advice to offer?
Get rid of shoes that hurt your feet. I'm not kidding - one and done. I have been known to take them off and throw them away in my garage garbage can. They don't wear in, they just give you bigger blisters! Thank goodness now for Thred Up; you can bag them up and send them off. One woman's trash is another woman's come up!
